“Scent in the bottle”
La percezione della cucina avviene attraverso tutti i nostri sensi; il tintinnio dei bicchieri, le forchette che battono sui piatti, il brusio attorno al tavolo, le risa, i colori e l’inseparabile “profumo” che la cucina porta con sé.
Il progetto “scent in the bottle” racchiude tutte queste percezioni in una bottiglia di profumo, un contenitore ed uno spray di liquidi come olio d’oliva, succo di limone o aceto balsamico, partendo da forme tradizionali e raggiungendo linee contemporanee.
Il progetto risponde ad una problematica legata alla scomodità nell’utilizzo degli spray da cucina, per la preparazione dei cibi ed i loro condimenti. Una narrazione contemporanea sull’importanza dei profumo, uno spruzzo di liquido per ricordare il profumo unico di “Eau de Cuisine”.

We precieve a kitchen through our senses; sound of glasses clinking together, forks meeting the plates, family around the table chattering, laughter and the “Scent”; An unseparable sensation from the kitchen and its experiences.
The project “Scent in the bottle” squeezes the memory of our perception into a bottle of so called “perfume”, a container and spray of liquids such as Olive oil, Lemon Juice, Balsamic vinegar and etc... which narrates the use of scent from its traditional shape to its contemporary form.
The projects aims to respond to a problematic and uncomfortable use of sprays in the pre-cooking, cooking and dressing. A contemporary narrative in the importance of Scent, a spray of the liquid and the revolving memory of taste in “Eau de Cuisine”.
